Brad Williams had always desired to be his own boss, and with a passion for fitness the logical choice was opening a gym. Wasting no time, he grew to owning and operating 5 locations in California, while also maintaining a full personal training client load. A back injury 5 years ago shifted his focus, both personally and professionally, and the shutdown during the Covid Pandemic solidified his new path. This is a conversation about fitness, but more importantly it’s about the lessons to be learned.
